Olive herb

Olive grass is an evergreen species, with strongly aromatic and bright green foliage.

The intense scent of the leaves is reminiscent of that of the olive! Excellent for flavoring various dishes, including gravies, sauces, meats and vegetables. Also try it raw on cheeses and salads.

The plant prefers well-drained soils and sunny positions.
