Garlic-chives

Cipollino garlic gives a beautiful violet bloom in the summer period.

Leaves and flowers are edible! Use them in the kitchen as an onion substitute in sautéed vegetables, savory pies, fish dishes, meat, sauces and risottos.

Suitable also as ornamental plant in garden.
