Rosemary is an evergreen perennial plant with leathery, needle-like leaves.

Used since ancient times in the kitchen to flavor roasts, vegetables, potatoes, fish and sauces. Rosemary stalks are ideal as a barbecue skewer or as a fragrant addition to your potpourri.

Blue-violet flowers can also be eaten fresh in salads.

*At the same time as the autumn/winter period, the plant may be pruned.
