Agastache Rugosa is a herbaceous and perenna plant originally from North America.
The leaves of this species are characterized by the scent of licorice and are excellent to be used on sauces, fish, salads and game, and further to create thirst -quenching aromatic infusions and as a perfume addition to fruit salads and ice cream. Use its aromatic flowers to flavor and decorate your dishes!
The plant develops erect, reaching about 60 cm in height. The summer flowering is characterized by its purple spikes, particularly interesting for bees and pollinating insects.
