Berry mint is a herbaceous and bushy plant, resistant to cold and easily cultivable even in pots!
The rounded and dark green leaves with purplish hues are excellent for enriching sweet and savory notes with delicate notes and are characterized by their fruity aroma.
Try it to flavour herbal teas, salads, sauces, summer dishes and also drinks.
*At the same time as the autumn/winter period, the plant has little or no vegetation.

- Useful advice on Berry mint? If your plant has become very large and lush, but is stripping at the base, cut about half of its growth! It will grow back quickly and become as bushy as before!
