Helichrysum is a perennial, tomentose plant with a bushy habit.

Widespread in southern Europe, Curry plant grows on rocky and sandy grounds.

The foliage has a very strong smell of curry, even untouched.Its spicy curry scent will be much more pronounced if planted in a warm, sheltered spot.

The plant blooms yellow in summer.
