Polygonum odoratum is a perennial herbaceous plant, used in Asian cuisine and whose flavor resembles that of South American coriander, Coriandrum sativum.
Use the fresh leaves in cooking to flavor wraps, salads and soups.
It is a multi-year coriander, resistant to low temperatures!
