Akarkara is a perennial herbaceous plant with limited growth. The plants reach about 40 cm in height.
Flowering is concentrated between spring and early summer and is characterized by daisy inflorescences.
Anciently used in Ayurvedic medicine, the flowering is also interesting for bees and pollinating insects.
