What are they? How they are made? What will they be used for?
Here we want to tell you how this idea was born and how this project has evolved!
Everything starts during one of those hectic days, in which there are many things to do and as many ideas on which to fantasize. The idea: 'But why not dry our plants and create our herbal products?' No sooner said than done! Or better said, let's jump! We have thus gradually given shape to ideas: creating environments, following the regulations, adapting everything to our project. But for a new idea, for a different project, a name was needed! And then we chose something new; new just like what we wanted to do: Erbificio i.e. do with herbs!
Erbificio was born from the idea of do not waste what nature offers us, making it rediscover in a new guise. Through the cutting and collection of leaves, seeds, berries and flowers and their drying, in fact, we create real herbal products, herbal teas, sali and aromatic sugars, prepared for the kitchen and much more, the result of our sustainable project. From our initial production in the nursery, which starts from reproduction from seed or cutting, we take care of the growth and development of our plants, and then, according to the most opportune moments, dedicate ourselves to their pruning and harvesting. What would be defined as a waste or a refusal of our processing instead becomes a resource for our products. In the period of greater vegetation, our plants in fact require the intervention of pruning, which is necessary for their reinvigoration. It is with this selected and controlled product that we mix our products. Flowers and fruits are a further important component for our products and are harvested respecting the plant and according to their production cycle, without forcing the processes in any way. We do not take anything from the plant that she does not voluntarily give us.
Still in the company, we take care of the transformation in our drying laboratory. Here, from the fresh and just harvested product, we work to complete the drying processes and once ready, we dedicate ourselves to the realization of our products. With a view to eco-sustainability, we use renewable electricity for all processes.
