'BUY AND WIN' PRIZE COMPETITION REGULATIONS

SCOPE OF DISSEMINATION: National territory

VALIDITY PERIOD: The competition will start on 01/12/2020 and will end on 05/01/2021

SUBJECT OF THE COMPETITION: The competition aims to promote the company's products and stimulate collaboration and mutual advertising between companies and working realities in the Veneto region. The leitmotif of the competition is to raise public awareness of local and artisanal productions neighboring the company

RECIPIENTS: The initiative is open to all consumers

COMMUNICATION: The initiative will be disseminated and advertised through our online sales site www.geelfloricultura.com, our social channels (facebook and instagram), flyers, emails. Dissemination will be further carried out both online and on site by the realities participating in the competition

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: From 01/12/2020 to 05/01/2021 it will be possible for all consumers to purchase our processed herbs and our honey physically at our shop in via Arzaron, 75/a, 35040 in Carceri (PD), at the weekly markets of Lonigo (VI), Rovigo (RO), Noventa Vicentina (VI), Conselve (PD), Montagnana (PD) , Cavarzere (VE), Legnago (VR), Zevio (VR) and Camisano Vicentino (VI), and online through our e-commerce at www.geelfloricultura.com viewing the category https://www.geelfloricultura.com/categoria-prodotto/erbificio/

Participation in the competition is free.

There are no minimum purchase quantities in terms of number or amount.

Purchases can be made several times during the period of validity of the competition until the final day of 05/01/2021

AWARD-GIVING TECHNIQUE: The customer who will purchase our products (https://www.geelfloricultura.com/categoria-prodotto/erbificio/) will have the opportunity to find the wording inside the packages YOU WON! combined with a number in numbers and letters (e.g. X89 YOU WON!).

The awarding of the prize will only be revealed at the time of the final draw, which will take place on 06/01/2021.

The customer will find the wording in the package purchased YOU WON!, must notify us via email at the address info@geelfloricultura.com or by telephone on 3519109170. The communication must be accompanied by photos that testify to the actual presence of the wording on the package.

After collecting all the names, the extraction will take place on 06/01/2021.

The physical delivery or by shipment of the prizes will be established with the winning customers and carried out in the weeks following the win.

AWARDS NOT ASKED: Unassigned or unsolicited prizes remain in the Promoter's availability and will be donated, in case of non-communication within 20 days from the date of the draw, to the cultural association LET'S HELP TOGETHER of Ospedaletto Euganeo (PD).
