For your online purchases we have thought of a new option that is the withdrawal in the nursery! Chi you want to go directly to the nursery to collect your order placed online, you can do it thus avoiding shipping costs!

After an online purchase, we usually proceed to send the goods through the service of Courier shipment (see in detail Delivery in Italy).

From this month you will also have the opportunity to select the option withdrawal in the nursery.

How to select the withdrawal option in the nursery?

The customer, after selecting the products of his interest, concludes the order by entering his personal data, the shipping method (collection in the nursery or shipment by courier) and the method of payment, then proceeding to the balance.

In the Shipping box, the customer checks one of the two options: withdrawal in the nursery or shipping by weight.

IMPORTANT:

• The option withdrawal in the nursery strictly requires the customer to collect in person the goods purchased at our nursery;
• The amount of the order to be collected must be paid in advance using the usual payment methods for online orders, i.e. cards or bank transfer;
• The customer may collect the goods upon notice by email or telephone from us, in which we will communicate our availability for collection (within three working days from the order);
• By selecting the item withdrawal in the nursery no additional costs are required.
