EUROPE - Waiting times & delivery methods

We ship to Europe.

The delivery service is provided for: Belgium, Germany, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Corsica, Great Britain, Sweden, Greece, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Holland, Madeira, Malta, Norway , Portugal, Romania, Azores, Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Spain, Andorra, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Melilla, Canary Islands, Balearics, Switzerland.

Shipments are made from Monday to Tuesday for orders received by 19:00 on Monday and take place with GLS.

Delivery times for Europe are approximately 2/3 days for the central area (eg France, Germany, Austria, Holland), reaching 4/5 days for the most external states or islands (eg Cyprus, islands Canary).

For shipments to destinations that require customs, the delivery times may vary (e.g. Switzerland).

All the times specified here are to be considered indicative and expressed in working days.

We recommend that you provide us with the full destination address where you will be available upon delivery, and a telephone number where you can be contacted. In case of non-availability at the address provided, we specify that the courier is not required to make a telephone attempt, but will still leave a paper notice about the non-delivery. The day after the first attempt, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. In case of absence even at the second passage, the goods will go into stock.

Upon departure of the goods from our office, we will notify you by email of the courier taking charge and we will provide you with a code to independently verify the tracking of the package.

Shipping costs

Transport costs vary according to the weight of each box and the state of destination.

For shipments with destinations that require customs costs, these are to be considered already included in the shipping cost (e.g. Switzerland).

Below are some examples of cost:

• Austria / Belgium / Germany / Luxembourg / Netherlands:

€ 19.50 (up to 10 kg) - € 28.50 / 43.00 (from 10 to 40 kg)

• Great Britain (excluding BT; JE; ZE) / Spain / Sweden / France (excluding Corsica) / Czech Republic / Poland / Croatia:

€ 32.50 (up to 10 kg) - € 44.00 / 61.50 (from 10 to 40 kg)

• Ireland / Finland / Slovakia:

€ 39.00 (up to 40 kg) - € 50.50 / 69.50 (from 10 to 40 kg)

• Switzerland / Corsica:

€ 86,50 (fino a 10kg) – € 102,00/128,00 (da 10 a 40 kg)
