It's time to sow!

The sowing period is a great time for our production. We await it with anxiety and trepidation because every year is different and will bring surprises. Engaging in this process means putting yourself on the line! So we'll give you some advice right away to best face this challenge:

Come? Choose quality seeds, from certified producers and with precise indications that will be very useful for knowing how to manage your work;

When? The times are always specified on the instructions on the label: take advantage of them! In general, the first sowings can be carried out indoors from February onwards, while for sowing in the open field it will be more appropriate to wait from March onwards;

With what soil? We recommend light soils, which allow the roots to develop without encountering obstacles.

Water? Water is essential for the germination of seedlings. The substrate must be moist but never soggy. The seeds will absorb the water and begin to develop. Prefer to spray with a spray bottle rather than water directly with a glass

Temperature? After being buried, the seeds must be kept warm, preferably around 15-20°C.

Did you know that some seeds, such as the Malva, do they need a period of exposure to the cold before they have the stimulus to germinate?! However, always keep in mind the suggestions on the label!

Sowing is not always a rapid process: finding the raw materials, proceeding with the planting work and caring for the small seeds until germination and in the different stages of development. Dedicate the right amount of time to this job!

Don't rush to achieve a result because we know nature sometimes does what it wants! But it is precisely in this extraordinary scenario of possibilities that great satisfactions can come true!
